Tilt Astrology Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, receiving, or making a payment for a reading (a "Service") from Tilt Astrology, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

• Client Capacity: By engaging in any Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• Refusal of Service: If Tilt Astrology discovers that a client is under the age of 18, the Service will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be issued, as this constitutes a breach of a fundamental term of this agreement.

3. Nature of Service and Disclaimer

• Guidance Only: You acknowledge that the Service provided is for guidance, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified expert in fields such as medical, psychological, financial, or legal matters.

• Imprecision: You accept that astrology is an inexact art, and no guarantee is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights or predictions provided.

• Personal Responsibility: You agree that any decisions or actions you choose to take based on the Service are your sole personal and legal responsibility. Tilt Astrology accepts no liability for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) resulting from your reliance on the Service.

4. Payment and No-Refund Policy

• Payment: All payments for the Service must be made in full and upfront prior to the commencement of the reading.

• No Refunds After Commencement: Once the Service has commenced (which includes any preparatory work, such as chart calculation, prior to the live reading), all fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

• Statutory Rights: This clause does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that may be available to you under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the jurisdiction of New Zealand where the Astrologer is operating.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

• Termination for Behavior: Tilt Astrology reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate a reading or ongoing Service at any time, without prior warning, if the client engages in rude, abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable behavior towards the Astrologer.

• No Refund on Termination: In the event of termination due to a client's unacceptable behavior, the client shall forfeit all fees paid, and no refund (full or partial) will be issued.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or the Service provided, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

• Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand for the purpose of resolving any dispute or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions.
